Blue Sage is a great alternative to a White Sage, which is commonly known to be unethically and/or illegally harvested and sourced. Blue Sage's soothing, relaxing smell can be used to aid meditation, or burned simply for enjoyment. It's not as pungent as White Sage, and is more agreeable to some who find the strong scent of White Sage overpowering. Blue Sage is widely used for cleansing and purification purposes, it provides spiritual strength and sometimes it is also used to remove malevolent spirits.

How to use:
