The Winter Forest Candle is a handmade and hand-poured candle made from 100% Eco-soy wax and a combination of Natural Fragrance & Essential oils. The candle is topped with healing crystals, dried flowers, and herbs which are mindfully selected to help set the intention of the candle.

METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES: Two crystals, chosen to do what a winter forest does: hold you steady and clear the air around you.

Bloodstone is the roots. A deeply earthy stone of grounding, protection, and courage, it is traditionally turned to for strength during difficult stretches and for keeping your energy anchored when things feel unsettled. Its deep green surface flecked with red looks like the forest floor in winter, and it works much the same way, drawing whatever you are carrying down into the ground where it can settle.

Clear Quartz is the clearing. Known as the master healer, it purifies and amplifies, cleansing stagnant energy from a person or a space and magnifying the intention of everything placed alongside it. In this candle it strengthens the work Bloodstone is doing and opens up the room, the way a break in the trees lets light through.

Together they cover both halves of what this candle is for: something to keep you rooted, and something to clear the space around you.

THE RITUAL: Light this candle when you want to clear the air in your home, before meditation or ritual, or anytime you need to feel rooted again. Take a slow, deep breath and set an intention for grounding, protection, and clearing. As the flame begins to glow, imagine the clean scent of pine moving through your space, carrying away anything stale or unwelcome and leaving the air fresh behind it. Picture yourself standing among tall trees in a quiet winter forest, feet firm on the ground, energy steady, protected on all sides. Allow whatever you’ve been carrying to settle down into the earth beneath you. Repeat an affirmation such as, “I am grounded, protected, and clear.”

CANDLE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS::

1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Never use water to extinguish a candle as this is can cause excess heat and steam, which may cause the container glass to explode.
3. Ensure wicks are upright and trimmed to 7mm (1/4 inch) during use and each time candle is relit.
4. Never move a burning candle. Ensure candle is extinguished, wax is solid and jar is cold before handling.
5. Candle containers may become hot. Burn candle on an appropriate flat heat-resistant surface.
6. Avoid burning the candle in drafty areas, such as near an open window, air duct or fan.
7. Keep candle and flames away from children, pets and flammable materials.
8. Do not use the lid to extinguish the candle.
9. Do not burn the candle all the way down until there is no wax left. Extinguish the flame when there is a small layer of wax remaining at the bottom.
