Eagle Eye Elastic Bracelet - 8mm
See your situation clearly with our Eagle Eye Elastic Bracelet, a striking chatoyant stone from the same family as Tigers Eye and Hawks Eye. Silver-gray, slate, and deep charcoal beads are threaded with fine silky fibers that catch the light and glide across the surface as you turn your wrist, giving each one a shifting, almost liquid shimmer that photographs never quite capture. No two beads are the same, ranging from pale pewter to nearly black with cool blue-gray undertones. Eagle Eye is carried as a stone of vision, perspective, and focus, named for the far-seeing bird that can hold both the wide horizon and the smallest detail in view at once. Working through the Root and Third Eye Chakras, it pairs grounded Earth steadiness with clear Air-element thinking, helping you rise above the noise of a problem and see what actually matters. If you are making a big decision, setting a long-term goal, or simply want to stop losing the forest for the trees, this 8mm bracelet is a beautiful daily reminder to lift your gaze.

Geology & Composition: Eagle Eye is a chatoyant quartz, and its story is one of the most interesting transformations in the mineral world. It begins as crocidolite, a fibrous blue-gray amphibole mineral growing in fine parallel strands. Over an immense span of time, silica-rich fluids move through the rock and slowly replace those fibers with quartz, preserving the original fibrous alignment perfectly while hardening the whole mass into a durable stone. That preserved fiber structure is what creates chatoyancy, the silky band of light that glides across the surface as you tilt the bead. It is the same optical effect that gives a cat's eye its name, and it is the reason no photograph fully does this stone justice. Eagle Eye holds the cooler, more silvery end of this family, sitting between the blue of Hawks Eye and the golden brown of Tigers Eye, which is simply what forms when the iron in the crocidolite oxidizes fully. Its silver-gray and charcoal tones come from crocidolite that has only partially altered, which is also why the color varies so much from bead to bead. All of these stones measure 7 on the Mohs scale, hard enough for comfortable everyday wear, and all take the deep glassy polish you see here. South Africa's Northern Cape is the classic source for the entire group, with Western Australia and Brazil producing material as well.
PLEASE NOTE: To prolong the life of your bracelet, we recommend that you do not swim, shower, or bathe with your bracelet on. Exposure to water can weaken the band and knots. We also recommend taking your bracelet off before going to sleep and not stretching or playing with your bracelet to limit the chances of it getting caught on something and snapping the band.

Metaphysical Properties of Eagle Eye: Eagle Eye takes its name from the sharpest-sighted bird in the sky, and everything about how it is used follows from that image. The eagle rides high enough to see the whole valley at once, yet can narrow its attention to a single point in an instant. This stone is carried for exactly that skill: the ability to widen your view when you have been staring too closely at a problem, and to concentrate completely once you know where to aim. Its dual chakra connection is what makes it so useful in daily life. Through the Third Eye, Eagle Eye is said to sharpen insight and clarify perception, helping you recognize what is actually happening in a situation rather than the story you have built around it. Through the Root, it keeps that clarity tethered to the ground, so new perspective turns into practical next steps instead of circling thoughts. The Earth and Air elements work in the same partnership, pairing steady footing with clear, moving thought.
Eagle Eye is a favorite of planners, students, and anyone working toward something that will take a long time. It is associated with strengthening willpower and determination, holding your focus on a distant goal without losing sight of the daily work in front of you. Like the other stones in the Tigers Eye family, it also carries a long reputation as a grounding, protective companion, one that steadies you as you look honestly at where you are and where you intend to go.
About the Third Eye Chakra: The Third Eye Chakra, also known as the Ajna or Brow Chakra, sits on the forehead between the eyebrows. It governs wisdom, insight, and spiritual perception, taking sight beyond what the physical eyes can do. When the Third Eye is clouded, you may find yourself second-guessing your instincts, feeling stuck in one narrow view of a situation, or unable to see a familiar problem with fresh eyes. The clarifying energy of Eagle Eye helps lift that fog, opening you to inspiration and letting you see yourself, other people, and your circumstances as they truly are.
About the Root Chakra: The Root Chakra, also known as the Muladhara or Base Chakra, sits at the base of the spine and forms the foundation of both body and spirit. It holds your basic life force, and when it is balanced it grounds you and provides a steady sense of safety and security. Rooted in the Element of Earth, a balanced Root Chakra steadies all the other chakras and lets you feel genuinely at home in your body and your surroundings. This is what keeps Eagle Eye so practical: insight without grounding stays theoretical, and the Root end of this stone is what turns a new perspective into something you can actually stand on and act from.
How to Wear It: Eagle Eye is traditionally worn on the left wrist (Non-dominate wrist). In crystal practice, the left side is your receiving side, drawing energy inward, while the right side projects energy outward. Because Eagle Eye is a stone of perception, the left wrist supports the part of its work that happens quietly: stepping back, taking in the whole picture, and letting the right perspective arrive rather than forcing it. It is a natural choice for planning, journaling, and any moment when you are trying to understand a situation before you respond to it.
Move it to your right wrist (dominate wrist) when it is time to act on what you have seen. Eagle Eye is just as much a focus stone as a vision stone, and the right wrist carries that steady, unwavering attention outward with you into deep work, difficult conversations, and long tasks that ask you not to look away.
One practical tip, whichever side you choose. Wearing your bracelet on your non-dominant wrist means less daily flexing, catching, and pulling, which helps the elastic band and knots last much longer.
