Charcoal Disk for Burning Incense

This listing is for ten (10) 33mm Charcoal Disks.

They will come packed together in one pack.

Please note, I highly recommend watching a Youtube video on this first before trying if this is your first time using Charcoal for burning herbs or resin.

Directions for use -

Remove one tablet from sealed roll and place charcoal, the round side down in abalone shell, censer, or other "fire proof" dish. Note the dish can get very hot. Light the edge of the tablet with a match or taper. Hold the match to the edge of the charcoal until it begins to sparkle. The sparkling will continue across the charcoal, otherwise use additional matches till it does. You may fan the tablet a little to get it good and hot. Or use tongs over a candle flame to light, then place in fire proof dish.

Once the tablet is lit, you may take a small amount (1/4 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon) of burning herbs or resins and pour onto the lit cake of charcoal. The incense will burn/melt and smoke releasing its scent into the air. These will burn for several minutes and then you may add more.

If the ashes start to give off an unpleasant odor, take a metal spoon or knife and scrape off any residue before adding more material.

The tablet should be left to burn out and cool in the censer. To extinguish a tablet before it has fully cooled quench in a container of cold water.

In order to maintain freshness, opened rolls should be resealed and stored in a cool dry place. Effective storage will ensure quick lighting and a long burning time.

WARNING: Charcoal gets very hot. Never hold charcoal once it has been lit. Never leave your charcoal unattended when its burning. Always burn on heat resistance burner. Charcoal will cause burner to get hot. Please insure that your burner can absorb the heat as to not damage furniture or start a fire. Also place burner on ceramic coster or other heat resistant material. Never handle hot burner with your hands. Keep away from kids and pets. DO NOT throw ash into trash, can catch on fire.
