I do accept exchanges, but the item must be sent back within 7 days after item is delivered. Item must be unworn and in the same condition as it was sent. Buyer pays return shipping & tracking costs.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Final Sale is for the following items (NOT exchangeable) - candles, sprays, bath salts, made to order items, one of a kind (if the listing states - you will receive the item that is photographed), All earrings, and custom orders.
If a wire and clasp bracelet does not fit I'm happy to adjust it for you, there will be a slight fee, since these are custom made bracelets and I will take it apart and remake it.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange (if applicable) Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new item will be shipped to you.

Shipping All shipments are made to the address you list during the checkout. to ensure that your package gets to you without delay, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date.
US orders are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority mail.
For US orders: Packages shipped first class mail take 3-5 days from the day shipped to arrive. Packages shipped Priority take 2-3 days from the day shipped to arrive. Packages shipped Express Mail take 1-2 days from the day shipped to arrive. We usually drop off packages at 4:00 and many will not make it for next day delivery, so we cannot guarantee it, sorry.
At this time I do not insure items however I do suggest paying via Paypal which will offer insurance if your item does not arrive or is damaged in transit. If you require insurance please send me an email and I can add the extra cost to your order.
Damage that occurs during shipping will not be reimbursed. We make an effort to wrap our jewelry in protective layers to make sure they get to you in perfect shape. Again paying via Paypal will provide you with insurance should your item arrive damaged.
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. International first class mail can take 1-6 weeks to arrive. It varies by country and if your package is held up in customs.
Once a package has been delivered to the shipping company it is no longer in our control.
