To use:
1. Light the tip of the incense stick with a lighter or match.
2. Place the incense stick in a holder that will catch the ashes.
3. Gently blow out the flame. The incense stick will continue to release its soothing scent as the embers slowly burn.
Setting Your Intention:
As you light your White Sage & Palo Santo Incense Stick and the smoke begins to fill the room, visualize your intention as you breathe in the scent.
